The World Drum Project came to life by its founders Whitecougar, Birger Mikkelsen and Morten Wolf Storeide. And with the help of lots of other people. The World Drum was initiated during a ceremony in front of The Norwegian Parliament October 21.th. 2006. After this ceremony The World Drum was sent out on its sacred journey around the world. The drum will continue its journey throughout the world.
